Overview: It's Mr. Trubble's birthday and a singing duo have been booked to entertain him but they are awful and very stuck up. Mrs. Poshington and the staff are afraid that Mr. Trubble will be so offended he will throw them all out so they devise their own celebration, videoing members of the public wishing Mr. Trubble happy birthday. Lenny sneezes on the ghastly couple, scaring them off and Sally and Jamie - who have just won awards at a hotel staff ceremony - replace them. Mr. Trubble is very pleased, and Sally kisses Jamie.
