Overview: After being arrested on peeping tom charges, Joe's informant Louis “The Fly” gives detectives a tip on the location of a body. The dead man, a local jeweller, was involved in an illegal immigrant smuggling operation but when the detective's locate his murderer, they discover that he is under the protection of the Federal Police who will go to any length to keep their man safe from the clutches of the local cops.
